These terms apply to every person who creates an account on matkaraja and accesses the platform from a location where local law permits such access. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in their current form.

Yes. Log in, go to Account Settings → Privacy → Data Request, and submit a subject access request. We process these within the statutory period under applicable Indian law and deliver your data in a structured, portable format to your registered email address.

Submit a deletion request through the privacy settings panel or write to the Grievance Officer. We delete profile data within 30 days of verification, but transaction records required by Indian financial regulations are retained for the mandated period regardless.

Payment records, including UPI reference numbers, Paytm transaction IDs, and PhonePe settlement logs, are retained for the period prescribed by Indian financial and tax regulations. These records are not shared with third parties outside of legal obligations.
